The Ambulance Victoria Management and Administrative Agreement is currently being negotiated. Discussions are getting closer to resolution – below is a summary of issues under discussion.
At this stage we are waiting on an offer from Government, many cost items will not have any status until the formal offer is received. We have a final deadline of 30 September 2021 to wrap up bargaining, as the wage offer from Government will not be valid past that date.
