Delegate Sharyne Doensen (Tally Ho) and AEAV officials met with ESTA on the 12th of October 2021 for consultation on initiatives developed by ESTA to meet increasing workload pressures.
Below are the initiatives that the union requires further clarification on from ESTA:
- Planned AV Operational Model into the Williams Landing SECC
- Planned Recruitment of NETCOMM Call-takers
- Advertising of flexible rosters for Members who wish to enter Flexible Working Arrangements
