During the Covid-19 period, the AEAV have been campaigning for support mechanisms for members.
The Premier has just announced that Coronavirus WorkCover claims will be fast-tracked from now on. What this means is that healthcare workers are able to access the full benefit of their entitlements without delay, and they will be regarded as likely to have contracted the virus from their workplace.
