The biggest questions coming out of the Financial Services Redesign are about appropriate classification levels for employees.
AEAV has had multiple meetings with members of this team to discuss their roles, potential reviews of roles and work value of positions. The roles have not been reviewed for many years despite significant changes and more to come from the restructure.
In the last week AEAV has pushed AV to review the Work Value points in accordance with the new positions. AV have committed to do this by April 12.
