Members employed by both Ambulance Victoria and ESTA are currently bargaining. That bargaining may result in offers from the employer that just aren’t good enough. One of the levers we have is to take collective action to move the offer closer to what you think is acceptable.
If members want to take protected industrial action, it is VITAL that officials have your correct details on file. Our application for protected action ballot (PAB) will be rejected if we have incorrect contact information.
