On 2 October 2024, WorkSafe visited Triple Zero Tally Ho to address unresolved issues with the Health and Safety Designated Work Groups (DWGs). Health and Safety representatives (HSRs) have advocated for changes to ensure representation for Team Leaders and Trainers. However, Triple Zero has not meaningfully consulted with HSRs throughout this process. Negotiations on these unresolved groupings are set to begin, with a resolution deadline of 31 October 2024. HSRs have yet to receive a response from Triple Zero. If the issues remain unresolved, a WorkSafe inspector will make a determination.
